About this course
This one day workshop has been designed to builds the skills and knowledge of mid-level managers/leaders to promote a healthy and productive workplace.
Materials Required: All materials will be provided. Please bring refreshment for the day. Tea, coffee, and water will be available free of charge. There is also a café in H block if you wish to purchase your morning tea and lunch.

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
• outline the concept of psychological safety and its significance in promoting a healthy and productive workplace
• identify signs of psychological stress in staff and develop strategies for early intervention and support
• explain the D.A.R.I.N.G. framework as a practical roadmap to promote psychological safety and wellbeing in the workplace
• describe the impact of leadership behaviours on safety and wellbeing in the workplace
• develop skills that support a healthy and productive workplace
• outline strategies to lead change effectively
