This one day workshop will teach you how to build resilience. You'll learn strategies focused on being adaptable and flexible to challenging situations. You will also gain a clear awareness of your emotional state and how you can maintain motivation and positivity in your life.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the session learners will be able to:

- Describe the physiological and psychological changes that happen during times of stress
- Identify and apply strategies for cultivating resilience in the context of change, conflict, and when receiving feedback
- Outline steps to increase resilience during unpredictable and unplanned challenging situations
- Identify where to get support and assistance.
