About this course

Open to beginners and continuing students these short half day courses will focus on core strength and flexibility.

Materials Required: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and wear loose clothing. It is recommended to check with your therapist/GP that you can perform light stretching and strengthening exercises.

Please bring your own refreshments on the day. We regret kitchen facilities are not available at this time due to CV19 restrictions.
