About this course

Enjoy the harmony and peace that gentle exercise can bring. Tai Chi emphasizes soft flowing movements combined with diaphragmatic breathing and good posture, helping promote calmness, strength and good health. All levels welcome

Materials Required: Please wear loose clothing. The class will be conducted in bare feet or with flexible footwear.
