About this course

Open to beginners and continuing students these short half day courses will focus on core strength and flexibility.

Materials Required: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and wear loose clothing. It is recommended to check with your therapist/GP that you can perform light stretching and strengthening exercises.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions you are required to bring your own water to the session.

Additional Information: This half day will focus on the following:
- stretching and aligning your body
- improving your balance and stability
- simple myofascial release techniques
- deep relaxation and meditative techniques
It is recommended to check with your therapist/GP that you can perform light stretching and strengthening exercises.
