About this course

Increase your flexibility, strength and focus while energizing your body, releasing tensions and relaxing your mind. All levels.

Materials Required: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and wear loose clothing. It is recommended to check with your therapist/GP that you can perform light stretching and strengthening exercises.
