About this course
This course aims to help improve your strength, balance and mobility, energise your body, release tensions and introduce you to mind relaxation techniques.
Materials Required: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and wear loose clothing. It is recommended to check with your therapist/GP that you can perform light stretching and strengthening exercises.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you are required to bring your own water to the session.
