About this course
Develop your strength, increase your flexibility and fitness and improve your balance and coordination. In this fun and energising course you will learn about using Pilates principles to enhance your core stability (abdominals and backs). This class incorporates the use of a step, fitball, bands and weights.
Materials Required: If you have your own fit ball please bring it to the class or you can bring $7.00 on the first night to pay to the teacher for the hire of these balls.
PLEASE BRING A LARGE BEACH TOWEL FOR FLOOR EXERCISES.
