About this course

Awareness Through Movement classes use a sequence of gentle exercises to help you learn better ways of organising your movement patterns, for example, how to sit more comfortably at the computer or how to undertake your favourite activities (gardening, sport etc) more efficiently. The classes are very relaxing and are suitable for all ages and all ranges of fitness and mobility. The classes follow the Feldenkrais Method and use the plasticity of your brain and the adaptability of your nervous system to improve the way you move.
