Dreaming of making your own bread and pizza but don't know where to start? Since arriving in Australia from Italy 20 years ago, Ilaria Catizone has been perfecting simple and quick recipes that give great results and authentic flavour. Join Ilaria as she shares her recipes, tips and shortcuts in this fun, hands-on workshop. You’ll learn how to create your own pizza and bread dough and delicious pizza sauce then put it all together with a selection of toppings. Eat the pizza you make for lunch then take home some bread dough to bake at home. PLEASE NOTE: this workshop will not cover gluten-free or sourdough products.
Materials Required: Please bring a bowl or container with lid to take home your dough and a container to bring home any leftover pizza. All ingredients and take-home notes included.
As this course is being held in a private home, please bring socks or slippers to wear indoors.
