About this course
Calling beginners and experienced knitters alike! Join us for a day in support of Knit One Give One (kogo.org.au), a not-for-profit organisation which distributes handcrafted woollies to the most vulnerable people in our community. Kogo needs hand knitted scarves, gloves, and blankets, especially as the nights grow colder, so come along and learn how to knit one purl one with Lee Scott or bring your knitting skills and help spread the warmth this winter. Course fee includes a donation to kogo.
Materials Required: Please bring a pair of 4mm (#8) needles and some balls of 8 ply superwash wool in practical but fun colours. We’ll have some contrast colours available.
We recommend you bring your own lunch, as canteen facilities are not available of a weekend. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge and microwave are available at the venue.
Additional Information: Once you have enrolled please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you are a beginner or an experienced knitter.
