Student Concerns

Student concerns is a process designed to support students with issues they may be experiencing while studying at CIT Solutions. If you have a concern you would like CIT Solutions staff to address on your behalf, please provide relevant information as outlined below. Once your concern has been lodged, you will receive an email receipt and the concern will be addressed by CIT Solutions staff. A response to your concern will be provided within 2 weeks of submission. If the concern needs to progress, you will receive updates at 2 weekly intervals until the concern is resolved. Please note, we are not able to address concerns which are submitted anonymously.
