About the organisation

CIT Solutions is a dynamic and entrepreneurial training company. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) and we provide innovative training programs that empower learners to unleash their potential and to adapt to our quickly changing world. As a premium training provider in the ACT, we deliver a wide range of foreign language and culture training to our high-value clients based in Canberra and other major cities in Australia as well as international VET training projects.

The CIT Solutions Talent Register represents an exciting opportunity to build your professional skills and gain a variety of employment experiences in a diverse and complex working environment. 

In order to meet future workforce needs, we are seeking applicants with diverse skills and experience in Administration, Executive Support, Customer Service, Teaching and Learner Support and other areas.

Ideally, applicants should have experience with the Microsoft Office suite, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to working with highly collaborative and collegial teams.

Applications will be matched with qualifications, skills and capabilities for upcoming casual, temporary and fixed term vacancies within our organisation. If your skills and experience are matched to a vacancy, you may be invited to participate in an assessment process including attending a face-to-face interview and/or reference checks.
