We collaborated with a large government department to review and update their learning framework and pathways. As part of the qualitative and quantitative research phase, we interviewed 67 personnel over three months, from APS 4 to Deputy Secretary level.
To help with the professionalisation of a group within a large government organisation, we surveyed 560 people and interviewed 140 across eleven functions. We then mapped the analysis to the learning framework and pathways to identify current and future learning needs.
