How TRRACE works

1. Mapping your capability

We start by analysing your workplace and finding out what your staff have already accomplished, from administration staff right up to executive. We’ll interview key people, and ask staff to submit evidence (such as supervisor reports) through a convenient online portal.

Because the mapping work is done up front, the entire RPL process is streamlined. You’ll save time and encounter far fewer hurdles when everyone goes through the experience together.

2. Identifying opportunities

We collate the evidence to draw out the big picture, revealing an organisation-wide view of skills and qualifications. You can instantly recognise where useful qualifications are in easy reach. For example, you might discover that your project managers are just a few units away from an accredited qualification.
