Business Continuity Management

Introductory Workshop

Overview

How should your organisation operate in an increasingly hostile environment?

Extreme weather events, floods, fires, power outages – all can cause major business disruption and, in a worst case scenario, cause the delivery of products/services to fail completely.

Do you and your key management team understand your business? What must you deliver?

The Auditor General stated that “Many services delivered by government organisations are critical to the economic and social well-being of our society – a failure to deliver these could have very significant consequences for those concerned”.

His findings strongly identify the importance of business continuity in the public sector environment.
