  • Defence We currently quality assure all Defence Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations across Australia.
  • Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) We provide advice to state and territory registering bodies, state and territory training agencies and train auditors to implement the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF 2007).
  • Accreditation and Recognition We develop courses for clients and guide them through the accreditation process. We also map client's training programs against nationally recognised competency standards.
  • Training Packages We have developed nationally recognised competency standards and support resources for the public service, public safety, manufacturing and seafood industry sectors and for laboratory operations.
  • Strategic Capability Development Plans We have developed whole of industry/organisation capability development plans. We have also designed and implemented whole of organisation professional development solutions for a wide range of public sector clients.
  • Languages We currently provide the most diverse one-to-one language tuition service in Australia. We also provide translation and interpreting services.
